DEINA is a for-profit consulting firm with a community-based organization approach. The DEINA Foundation is a non-profit organization. Both were founded in December 2022 with the aim of creating a brand that could bring about positive change in the diversity, equity, and inclusion industry. Recognizing the need for a national networking organization that supports these core values, she created a unique space where entrepreneurs and corporate leaders with an intrapreneurial spirit can collaborate to recruit diverse talent, advance careers, and make a positive economic impact in their communities. This organization seeks to expand its outreach and growth globally, not only within the USA but also around the world.
